If you purchase credits through the app, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe's secure infrastructure.

We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking services. Crash and analytics data is used solely to improve app quality and is not shared with advertisers or other third parties.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to operate the app through the Firebase services described above. Crash reports and usage analytics are processed by Google's Firebase infrastructure and are not shared with any other parties. Your data is only accessible to other users within the app as needed for scheduling functionality (e.g., {{coachPlural_lc}} can see {{student_lc}} names on their {{classes_lc}} rosters).
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. When you delete your account, your email address and profile photo are removed. Your display name may be retained for record-keeping purposes related to past scheduling activity. Crash and analytics data associated with your account is retained by Firebase for up to 90 days (crash data) and 14 months (analytics data) per Google's standard retention policies, after which it is automatically deleted.
Our app does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
